Chan Khong Monastery, established in 1970 on TaoPhung mountain in Vung Tau city, is a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monastery. It was the first monastery founded by the Master pursuing the renovation of Vietnamese Zen and has hosted multi-year Buddhist study and practice programs. The community includes monks and nuns and has served both monastic practitioners and laity.
